Located in Guazhou County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, China, the Guazhou Beidaqiao No.1 Wind Farm Project is a renewable electricity generation project that was designed to fulfill the increasing demand for electricity in the Gansu Grid and Northwest China Power Grid. Key Highlights: - The project site will have 67 sets of SL1500 wind turbine units and 67 sets of GW1500 wind turbine units, with a capacity of 1,500 kW per unit, totaling 201MW installed capacity. - The proposed project is expected to supply 461,464 MWh of renewable energy annually to the NWPG. - The project aims to reduce carbon emissions by displacing electricity generation from conventional thermal power plants. - The project will create job opportunities and promote economic development in the region.
