Tatar Hydroelectricity Power Plant (HEPP) is a renewable energy project that harnesses the power of the Peri Stream, located within the Tunceli and Elazig Provinces. The project's primary goal is to generate electricity, while reducing airborne pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions.
