Description

The Shandong Wendeng Zhangjiachan Wind Farm Project aims to generate electricity utilizing the abundant wind resources available in Wendeng City, Shandong Province, P. R. China. The proposed project involves the construction of a wind farm with a total capacity of 49.3MW. Key Highlights: - The project will install 58 wind turbines with a capacity of 850 kW each, totaling 49.3MW. - The electricity generated will be sold to North China Power Grid, reducing the reliance on fossil-fuels. - The project will significantly reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by displacing electricity delivered by NCPG. This project is crucial in the fight against climate change as it reduces the dependency on fossil-fuels for electricity generation. The installation of wind turbines will not only generate clean energy but also create job opportunities in the region. The reduction in GHG emissions will also have a positive impact on air quality and the overall health of the community.
